In the course of our communication and service relationships, we process personal data in the following categories:

• Contact data: name, surname, e-mail, phone, company • Professional / business data: position, industry, scope of requested service • Technical data: IP address, browser information, page-view statistics (anonymized) • Form data: any information you submit through forms used to reach us

We process your personal data to respond to your enquiries, establish and perform contractual relationships, improve service quality and meet our legal obligations. The processing relies on the legal bases of "performance of a contract", "legitimate interest" and, where required, "explicit consent" under KVKK Art. 5.

Your personal data may be shared with the technology providers we partner with to deliver services (e.g. e-mail providers, cloud infrastructure). Such transfers happen with the technical and administrative measures required by KVKK in place. When data is transferred outside Türkiye, the conditions under KVKK Art. 9 are observed.

Your personal data is collected directly from you through forms on our site, e-mail correspondence, contractual relationships and — where necessary — phone conversations.

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to:

• Know whether your personal data is being processed, • Request information about the processing, • Learn the purpose and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, • Know the third parties (in or outside Türkiye) the data is transferred to, • Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate, • Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set by KVKK, • Request that any correction, erasure or destruction is communicated to third parties the data was transferred to, • Object to outcomes that adversely affect you arising solely from automated analysis, • Claim compensation if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing.
